How long does delivery take?
We offer same-day delivery within Kampala! If you place your order early enough in the day, we'll deliver it the same day. Orders placed late in the evening may be delivered the following day.
Do you deliver outside Kampala?
Yes! We deliver to all areas in Uganda including Jinja, Entebbe, Mukono, Wakiso, Mbarara, Gulu, Lira, Mbale, Fort Portal, and more. For areas outside Kampala, we send products via trusted taxi services (bus). Contact us on WhatsApp for delivery options and quotes to your location.
How do you deliver within Kampala?
Within Kampala, we use our trusted boda-boda riders for fast and reliable delivery. You'll receive your order the same day in most cases.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order from our store at Pioneer Mall PA 83B, Kampala. Just select 'Store Pickup' during checkout or let us know when ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you updates via WhatsApp with tracking information. You can also contact us anytime for order status updates.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We deliver to all East African countries including South Sudan (Juba), Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and DR Congo. International orders can be sent via taxi/bus services or air transport depending on urgency and your preference. Contact us on WhatsApp for international delivery quotes.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Airtel), cash on delivery (within Kampala), and cash payments at our store.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for orders within Kampala. For upcountry orders, we require Mobile Money payment before dispatch.
Can I pay in installments?
For large orders, we may offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss options.
