At Mutoni Accessories Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Screen protectors that have been applied
  • Earbuds or airpods that have been used (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized items

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos or videos of the defect to help us process your claim quickly.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions
  4. Return the item to our store at Pioneer Mall PA 83B, Kampala
  5. Once inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Mobile Money: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours
  • Cash payments: Refunds will be given in cash at our store
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Warranty

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Smart watches and electronic devices typically have a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water damage, or physical damage.
